Does Jay Z Have The World's Most Expensive Champagne? – 1PRCNT

ICYMI: Jay-Z in 2014, took ownership for the long time endorsed luxury brand  Armand de Brignac.

“Jay is a very strong businessman, certainly one that likes to understand what consumers want and here to build the business for the long term,” Armand’s Chief Executive Officer Sebastien Besson told Bloomberg. “He always has a few bottles on hand for a celebration, I know that for sure.”

To most of the world, the champagne is mostly known as “Ace of Spades”. In a recent report from Bloomberg, The partners have said to release the 850$ bottle of luxury. The brand may not have the world’s most expensive champagne but they are making headway.

New Release

The upcoming edition of Armand champagne is the most expensive release from the two. It’s being called the Blanc de Noirs Assemblage Two, aka A2. The bottle is said to be released to retailers on April 18th with vintage features of delicate pinot noir grapes picked from 2008- 10. Only  2,333 bottles of A2 will be available for the general public for the initial release.

Though the a1 is still on the market and the current popular of the two, we think with this new release that will change.
